HPG has been supporting its partner Mute Magazine with a prototype to help explore its archive of over twenty years of radical publishing.
You can see the work in progress here https://mute-publishing.github.io/archive/
The technical project is based on an earlier prototype called Collaborative Libraries run by HPG for the BookCamping group at Media Lab Prado. HPG collaborated with xm:lab to develop and produce the project as part of a joint commission 'Hidden Histories' and which was funded by the Connecting Cities curatorial programme 2015.
The prototypes the use of Zotero to build collections of articles from the http://metamute.org/archive.
The code is available on GitHub and we'll be looking at building a list based web interface over the period of the project residency at Anagram Book, Berlin. The residency by Mute takes place on these dates 18-27 Nov 2016, 2-8pm - exhibition: live archiving, DIY book scanning, collaborative bibliographies, reading room and workshop, RVSP for the opening talk on the 18th Nov on Facebook
